Salt Spring Centre of Yoga

A 2-night, 3-day yoga and wellness retreat at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. Participants can expect yoga classes, breathwork and meditation instruction, time in nature, and vegetarian meals. Open to all genders, races, and yoga experience levels.

A 4-day yoga and wellness retreat led by Ishwarya Chaitanya, focusing on self-healing through ancient yogic techniques, nature connection, and the elements. Participants will practice yoga, explore philosophy, and find inner peace in the forest setting of the Salt Spring Centre.

A 3-night yoga and wellness retreat at Salt Spring Centre of Yoga offering asana classes, breathwork and meditation instruction, nature time, and vegetarian meals. Open to all genders, races, and yoga experience levels.

An evening of music and celebration featuring Indo-Canadian musician Prashant M. John. Doors open at 6:30 pm, concert begins at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $40; this is a fundraiser supporting the Centre's music, yoga, and contemplative arts programs.

Special Diwali Puja celebrating light over darkness, good fortune, happiness and health. Available in-person at the Centre and via Zoom.

A four-day silent meditation retreat led by Farhad Khan at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. Includes daily guided meditations, gentle yoga, breathwork, sound baths, forest walks, lake swimming, sauna access, vegetarian meals, and accommodations on 69 acres of forest. Designed for rest, clarity, and creative renewal.
