Paper Covers Rock Silent Book Club

Salt Spring Island’s first Silent Book Club meetup is happening behind Mavericks Cafe on Salt Spring Island on July 26! This is a BYOB (bring your own book) format. Show up at 2pm, grab a seat, order a coffee or an ice cream scoop, and tell us what you’re reading. At 2:30pm we read quietly for an hour. Stick around after if you want to talk, or just keep reading. Kids are welcome if they can read independently. All genres, all readers, all levels of introversion welcome. ​Those who pre-register will get a famous Mavericks cookie, free.
